These oil candles have a fiberglass wick held by a clay bead. The wick will last indefinitely... they never seem to burn up, they just turn black at the top. Just fill about halfway up with non-smoking lamp oil. Adjust the amount of wick sticking out of the bead to adjust the size of the flame.
